Return / Change of Mind

We are sorry that you need to return an item or items that you purchased from us and we want to make it as easy as possible.We offer a 30-day returns on item that you order through our website, provided that the item is sent back in its original condition and in its original packaging, with all tags attached. My Collectables will offer a store credit or exchange to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you desire something in exchange for your item, take a look around at our site and place a new order. Please go to My Accounts and choose the order that you would like to return.

We do not offer returns for Change of Mind on the following items. These Special Exceptions do not apply to any returns made in accordance with Consumer Guarantees (see below), or otherwise as required by law.

(d) Gold and silver bullion coins and bullion
