Description
The Canadian Maple Leaf is a bullion coin released annually by Royal Canadian Mint. This version in which the maple is highlighted in Autumn Maple Colours, with a coloured background of rain drops and reflecting lights also has the Obverse enobled with a Gilded Queen and a background of rain puddles.
These enobled ( colourised ) coins are extremely hard to find and they always have very limited mintages.
This coin is no longer legal tender, because it is an altered version of the original “legal tender”, enhanced by a private mint that is in no way affiliated with Royal Canadian Mint.
