Description
The Canadian Maple Leaf is a bullion coin released annually by Royal Canadian Mint. This version in which the maple is highlighted in antique gold, with a colour background of a treasure chest is extremely pretty.
These enobled ( colourised ) coins are extremely hard to find and they always have very limited mintages.
This coin is no longer legal tender, because it is an altered version of the original “legal tender”, enhanced by a private mint that is in no way affiliated with Royal Canadian Mint.
