2020 1/2oz Silver Proof Coin - Always Together

Mothers are devoted to raising their young, carrying the pup on their chest to nurse. Family units hold hands while sleeping on their backs to ensure they don’t drift apart in the currents.
Struck by The Perth Mint from 1/2oz of 99.99% pure silver in proof quality, the coin is issued as legal tender under the authority of the Government of Tuvalu.
The Perth Mint will release no more than 7,500 of the Always Together 2020 1/2oz Silver Proof Coin.
DESIGN
The coin’s reverse depicts a coloured representation of two otters holding hands as they swim on their backs against a stylised water backdrop. The design also includes the inscription ‘ALWAYS TOGETHER’ and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.
The Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the 2020 year-date, weight and fineness, and the monetary denomination are depicted on the coin’s obverse.
PRESENTATION
The coin is housed in a classic display case with a clear lid. Packaged with an illustrated shipper, each coin is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
