We do. Shipping is free on orders above $350.
What are your shipping rates for delivery?
Within Australia - Shipping charges for Australia is a flat fee of $7.00 for parcels up to 500g. Parcels over 500g will be charged at our current Australia Post charges. International - calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to process my order?
Unless otherwise stated all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being processed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Australia- wide; delivery within 3-7 business days including Metro and most Regional areas.Regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory areas will take longer.
How do I track my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification updating the status of your order and will include a link to track your order. You can also track your delivery under "Orders" in My Account.
Can I have my order delivered to a P.O. box or Parcel Locker?
We do deliver to Parcel Lockers and P.O. Boxes.
What happens if no one is present to receive the delivery?
Australia Post will try to deliver your package to your nominated address as requested by you. If the first attempt to deliver your package fails, Australia Post will leave your package at your nearest Australia Post Office with a “Sorry we missed you Card” which you can show at the Post office to collect your package with acceptable Identification. Your package will be held there for a period of 10 days and will be sent back to the My Collectables Warehouse to be reprocessed and cancelled if not collected.
Can I return my order?
We offer a 30-day returns on item that you order through our website, provided that the item is sent back in its original condition and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
How can I return my order?
Returning items from your order for store credit is quick, easy and hassle-free, you don’t even need to contact us for any details! Simply login and go to the ‘ACCOUNT’ page. You can then look up the relevant order from the ‘Orders'. Once you are viewing the correct order, click on ‘Return Items?’, then select the items that you wish to return ensuring to complete the rest of the form.When you’re finished click ‘Submit Return Request’. You will then receive an email with the details of your return including the address for where you should send your items back to. You must return your items back to us within 30 days from when you receive your package. We suggest using a trackable shipping service to return your items, and please ensure that you include a copy of the returns paperwork so that we know they are your items. Before making a return please ensure that you refer to the returns policy on our RETURNS page, as we cannot accept your return or issue you with store credit if the items do not comply with the requirements. Please DO NOT send back your order before submitting your return through our website.
When will I receive my money back?
We do not offer money back. We offer store credit or replacement.
Will the delivery costs of my returned item(s) be reimbursed?
The delivery costs will be reimbursed only when you received wrong or damaged item.
How can I place an order?
If you would like to buy one of our products just click on 'Place in shopping cart'. To finalise your order, click on the shopping cart which you will find at the top right corner of your screen. You will then be taken to the payment process page where you can fill in your delivery and billing address and choose your method of payment.
Can I change my order?
When you have placed and paid for your order, it is prepared for transport almost immediately. As soon as the status of your order is 'completed', you can no longer change your order. If you wish you can return the entire order or any items that you don't want following the return procedure.
I can't log in.
If you are experiencing problems trying to log in to the website, please check which error message you are receiving. The most common error is typing in a wrong e-mail address or password. You can always choose to create a new password by clicking on "Forgot your password?".
Can I choose a different delivery address?
Yes, during check-out, you can choose to 'Add a new address' where you can enter a different address than the billing address.

Once you are logged in you can click on your "Account" in the top right corner of the screen and then click on “Account Settings”
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes. We will send you a confirmation e-mail after receiving your order. If you think that money has been taken from your bank account and you have not received a confirmation e-mail then please check your spam folder. If you have created an account, your order will also be visible on your account page.
Can I cancel my order?
That depends on the shipping status. Please contact us as soon as possible and have your order number ready. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
