We hope you are safe and well.

We are sure you’ve received a number of company emails in your inbox this week, and you may have noticed ours was missing.

Like all Australians, we’re trying our best to navigate the situation as it changes each day. We made the decision to hold this email until we had all the right information in one place.

Rest assured, we’re doing everything we can to keep our team and community safe.

We will continue to oparate online as normal, we have increased our hygiene procedures which is easy to do with such a small, dedicated team who all want to ensure the safety of everyone around us. We are picking, packing and shipping as usual and will update you if the situation changes. Our delivery partner will no longer require a signature on delivery, allowing them to drop your parcel at the door without contact.

We are going ahead with the day-to-day plan for now.

The most important thing to remember is that we’re all in this together, no matter how far apart we may seem. Thank you for your all understanding and support.
