1996 Royal Australian Mint Six Coin Mint Set - Henry Parkes

Featuring limited release $1 coin design depicting the "Father of Federation," Sir Henry Parkes, one the most colourful and controversila figures in Australian politics.

The obverse of each coin features Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II designed by Raphael Maklouf. The reverse of the 5c, 10c, 20c and 50c were created by Stuart Devlin, the $2 coin was designed by Horst Hahne, and the $1 coin was designed and sculpted by Wojciech Pietranik.
