2016 $2 50th Anniversary of Decimal Currency - Royal Australian Mint Roll

Only 5,000 rolls will be issued from the Royal Australian Mint.

These rolls are not only available in Obverse / Reverse combinations. There will be a mixture of Obverse / Reverse and Obverse / Obverse rolls provided.

• A celebration of the 50th anniversary of Australian decimal currency
• As a tribute to Australia’s history, the coins’ obverses feature both the traditional effigy of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank Broadley and depictions of Australia’s pre-decimal coins
• First time circulating coin obverse has ever been changed.
• First time different wording has appeared on circulating coin obverse.
