This coin commemorates the 100th anniversary of the founding of Vancouver and the arrival of the first trans-Canada train in Vancouver. Canada Pacific Engine No.371 was the first to arrive, in 1886.
It comes encapsulated in a hard plastic capsule to protect its beauty. It sits housed in a leatherette covered hinged presentation case. It does not have the original outer box and it does not have the Certificate of Authenticity.
